In-person ticket registration

Tickets for this event are facilitated by Humanitix Limited which is engaged by Nationwide News Pty Ltd for the sale of tickets to this event. By clicking ‘Continue’, you will be redirected to the Humanitix Limited website where you will be asked to enter your personal information as the redeemer of a ticket. If you secure more than 1 ticket, the personal information of your guest who may or may not hold a current subscription to The Daily Telegraph, Herald Sun, The Courier-Mail, The Advertiser, The Mercury, NT News, Geelong Advertiser, Gold Coast Bulletin, Cairns Post, The Weekly Times, The Chronicle or Townsville Bulletin, is required to complete the redemption. You are required to receive prior permission and consent from your guest to disclose their personal information. You also consent for Humanitix Limited to disclose you and your guest/s personal information to Nationwide News Pty Ltd for the purpose of managing attendance/guest lists for the event, and consent for any associated communications about the event such as distribution of ticket/s, reminder, change or cancellation notifications via email, sms or phone to be sent to you and your guest/s. Photography/ Filming notice

When you attend a +Rewards in-person or online event, photography, video recording/filming, and audio recording may occur. By joining the event you consent to such photography, filming, audio and video recording and to the use of your appearance, photograph, likeness, and/or voice by Nationwide News Pty Ltd and its related entities for advertising or promoting the event you attended, similar events in the future or +Rewards, in any and all media, including website, apps, social platforms and in print throughout the world in perpetuity.

 

Conditions of entry and attendance policy

Your entry to the venue and the event will be at the discretion of Nationwide News Pty Ltd and the operators of the relevant venue and the personnel (including security staff or service providers) of any of them. You may be asked to produce a Photo ID to confirm your identity matches the name on your ticket/ booking. Oversized bags or luggage will not be permitted inside the venue. Security personnel may ask to inspect your bag, and may ask you to remove an object to view the bag's interior more clearly. No aggressive or disruptive conduct, whether physical or verbal will be tolerated. If you are disruptive (or there is a suspicion you may be disruptive), fail to abide by the aforementioned conditions of entry, requests for bag inspection or any direction of the personnel of Nationwide News Pty Ltd or the venue operator while at the venue then you may be denied entry to the venue/event, or be asked to leave or removed from the venue/event.

We may use your personal information to conduct security checks prior to the event. You may also be asked to sign-in as a guest of the venue using your personal information. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who does not satisfactorily clear our pre-event checks or any person we reasonably believe has breached these terms or will be disruptive to the event.
